Marketing Operations Manager Physicians DACH

Hi, we’re AMBOSS and we’re looking for an experienced marketer to join us and accelerate our success in the DACH region. In this role, you will be Marketing Operations Manager - Physicians. This is a critical role which requires strong collaboration across teams, strategic thinking and a hands-on attitude. You will be reporting to the Marketing Lead for the market.

What you will do:

  • Drive and coordinate marketing projects across different channels – with a high focus on cooperation related marketing projects, e.g., medical associations.
  • Take ownership of marketing projects from planning, campaign delivery, result evaluation to learning documentation (end-to-end) – with the support of our creative, content, and CRM team in the delivery phase.
  • Be the main point of contact for the marketing responsibilities of partner associations, and align collaborative projects and timelines with them.
  • Guide our partners to develop collaborative campaigns, make the best use of your own channels, and synchronize them with our activities.
  • Be responsible for all ongoing marketing partner projects, your performance, up-to-dateness, and optimization.
  • Build up best practices for marketing partner projects and develop scalable campaigns.

You bring:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German: at least C2-Level
  • Good English level
  • Experience driving and executing multichannel marketing projects, setting the right priorities, and creating and meeting timelines.
  • Ability to create project result reports.
  • 3-5 years of working experience.

  • A 45-minute interview with Antje, our Marketing Operations Principal, to dive deeper into the role and assess your technical skills for the position;
  • A 60-minute panel interview with the team to get to know potential future colleagues and present the assessment
