B2B Marketing Lead

Hi, we’re AMBOSS, and we’re looking for a senior marketer to join us and accelerate our success in the B2B space (medical universities, hospitals and private practices).

In this role, you will be the B2B Marketing Lead for both global and local activities. This is a very influential role which requires strong collaboration across teams and a strategic mind combined with a hands-on attitude. You will be reporting to the Marketing Director and working closely with the market leads and sales teams.

In the first 12 months, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a small team for global B2B Marketing targeting institutional buyers
  • Develop and execute our cross-channel lead generation & nurturing strategy globally
  • Define key audiences and related messaging for marketing channels (e.g. emails and booth material) and in support of the Sales Team (e.g. support the creation of pitch decks)
  • Set up and manage CRM flows both directly and in liaison with your direct reports
  • Support commercial success of our events (e.g., conferences, tradeshows & webinars)
  • Define the global B2B marketing KPIs and targets and own their achievement
  • Drive positioning, messaging and initiatives around new products and features
  • Represent B2B marketing across the organization and educate stakeholders on best practices

You bring:

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for creative design
  • Substantial knowledge of different marketing channels
  • Experience developing lead generation strategies for digital products
  • Proficiency in working with marketing automation tools (preferably Hubspot)
  • Strong analytical skills to measure impact of activities and determine improvements
  • Experience communicating and presenting ideas to senior leadership
  • Very strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • German language skills are a strong plus

Here is what your interview journey will look like:

  • Recruiter interview: A 30-minute call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to get to know you, understand your career motivations and give you more insight into the role and team;
  • Hiring manager interview: Suitable candidates will be put forward to a 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager to dive deeper into the role and asses your technical skills for the position;
  • Panel interview: Suitable candidates will meet with the team for a 90-minute session where you will be asked to present a short case study (instructions and sufficient time to complete the study on your own time are given prior to the interview).
