Senior HubSpot (In-house) Consultant

Berlin Marketing, Sales & Communication

Hi, we’re AMBOSS, and we’re looking for an experienced new team member to join us and help us get the most out of HubSpot.

You’ll deal with a well-established HubSpot account with currently more than 200 internal Hubspot users across various teams working with the Sales & Marketing Professional/Enterprise Hub tools and a significant amount of contacts. We’re looking for someone who’ll act as the centralized HubSpot admin who governs and guides the usage and improvements of our HubSpot CRM. You’ll enable your sales and marketing colleagues to use HubSpot as efficiently yet autonomously as possible. This is a very critical role for us which requires strong ownership, collaboration across teams and a hands-on attitude that gets things done.

About AMBOSS

AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool that they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • You’ll act as the owner of HubSpot (central HubSpot Admin) inside of our organization and will be collaborating with our sales, marketing, finance, data and engineering teams to establish the best set up and drive/maintain best practices.
  • You’ll act as strategic advisor to our sales and marketing leaders, learn about the processes of their teams, the challenges they face, and advise them on how to overcome/improve them with HubSpot tools.
  • You’ll proactively propose the roadmap for HubSpot improvements and prioritize initiatives from different teams based on business impact and opportunity costs to deliver the most value for the organization.
  • You’ll work on leveraging HubSpot’s suite of tools to optimize processes for business growth and/or increased team efficiency.
  • You’ll coordinate cross-team projects to improve our usage of HubSpot (e.g. automation of invoicing and contracting for B2B sales deals).
  • You’ll provide operational support and troubleshoot issues arising in HubSpot.
  • You’ll be responsible for the data integrity in HubSpot through data import management, data clean ups and debugging.
  • You’ll be working with our data and engineering team to establish data inputs/outputs and integrations between HubSpot and other tools to streamline data flows and ensure data accuracy.
  • You’ll be collaborating with the Head of CRM to align on topics such as unsubscribe processes, email best practices or deliverability metrics across our different CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • You’ll deliver training sessions and provide on-going support on HubSpot usage and best practices.
  • You’ll stay up-to-date with HubSpot features, updates, and best practices to continuously train the teams and improve our usage of the platform.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience working with CRM and marketing automation solutions like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs and are able to advise and implement best practices.
  • You have an understanding of email marketing best practices (e.g. content formatting, A/B testing, automation, tracking and deliverability metrics).
  • You’re technical savvy and able to communicate with engineering and data counterparts to deliver successfully and efficiently on technical implementation projects.
  • You’re fluent in English, are able to communicate clearly and convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • You’re comfortable advising senior stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse and/or conflicting priorities and objectives.
  • You’re able to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and outline optimal solutions.
  • You’re equally comfortable in being strategic and operational and drive to get things done.
  • You’re a highly reliable business partner, passionate about your work and always on the hunt for solutions and improvements.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, where initiatives are fluid and require constant prioritization.
