Hi there, we are AMBOSS, and we are looking for a Physician Assistant to join our educational editorial team and play a crucial role in creating and optimizing content for US PA students. This position is vital for expanding our PA student user base, a key segment for AMBOSS's future growth. You will work closely with our medical editors to develop high-quality, evidence-based educational materials tailored to the PA curriculum. This role offers the chance to directly contribute to the educational success of PA students and strengthen AMBOSS’s reputation as a leading medical education resource.
You will:
- Collaborate with other highly motivated editors to help plan and develop new evidence-based content tailored for PA students, including practice exam questions, detailed explanations, articles, and illustrations.
- Advise our editorial team by sharing and applying your first-hand insights about PA students’ learning needs.
- Enhance the didactic value of content by implementing AMBOSS styles and structures.
- Become an expert in using our content management system which seamlessly integrates text, images, and videos to create our AMBOSS practice exam questions and articles (no tech background required).
You bring:
- Completed Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination® (PANCE)
- Excellent English language skills (minimum C1 level or equivalent; spoken and written)
- Digital literacy and fluency
- Experience with AMBOSS as a user, and experience with the creation of educational content and/or tutoring are considered a plus
- Full-time availability is preferred (minimum availability of 20h/week)
- Being located in or willing to relocate to Germany is a plus (home office from within the US is possible under certain circumstances).

- A 60-minute call with the Hiring Manager and two members of the internal medicine team to discuss your assessment, give you an insight into how our team works, and get to know each other.
