The Physician Assistant (PA) Student Market Manager at AMBOSS plays a crucial role in introducing AMBOSS to PA students throughout the United States. Drawing upon your firsthand experience as a PA school graduate, you will develop and implement strategies to engage both PA students and universities, fostering brand awareness and driving the adoption of our products and services across the country. The primary objectives of this role are customer acquisition and long-term retention.

AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool that they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari. 

You will:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the PA student landscape in the United States and share within the company.
  • Lead the market entry strategy for AMBOSS, focusing on building relationships with PA schools, student associations, and key influencers.
  • Plan and execute targeted outreach efforts, including conference presentations, webinars, and in-person meetings with PA students and educators.
  • Manage relationships with PA student ambassadors and key contacts at universities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored marketing campaigns and initiatives for the US market.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to product development to support the ongoing growth and success of AMBOSS.

You bring:

  • Degree from a Physician Assistant / Associate (PA) program in the United States.
  • Communication: Effective communication with stakeholders across the organization, coupled with strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Active Listening: Dedicated to building robust relationships with key stakeholders through active listening.
  • Basic Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel/Google Sheets for evaluating performance and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Project Management: Full ownership of projects, from strategy development to execution and performance reporting.
  • Willingness to travel to conferences and global Amboss offices (approx. 10% of work-time).
