You will:
- Build relationships with teaching hospitals and residency programs across the US and Canada.
- Connect with program directors, GME leaders, faculty, and administrators to understand their needs and show how AMBOSS can help.
- Lead product presentations and demos, making AMBOSS' value crystal clear to decision makers and future users.
- Partner closely with marketing and product teams to create sales strategies that feel personal and impactful.
- Stay on top of market trends and share feedback that helps shape our approach.
- Track your activities and results thoughtfully — not for paperwork’s sake, but to learn, improve, and celebrate wins.
- Represent AMBOSS with pride and enthusiasm at conferences, campus visits, and events.
- Always be learning: about our users, our product, the market — and about yourself as a sales professional.
You bring:
- 2–5 years of sales experience, especially outbound or consultative sales.
- Strong motivation to grow your career in a mission-driven company.
- Clear, confident communication skills — you're able to connect with people and explain things simply.
- A sincere interest in healthcare, education, or technology.
- Self-starter mindset: You don’t wait to be told what to do — you make things happen.
- Experience using CRM systems (like HubSpot) and Google Suite.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience selling to healthcare organizations or academic institutions.
- Familiarity with medical education or clinical decision-support tools.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growth environment.

Travel: Approximately 10% - 25% to the U.S.-based conferences and global AMBOSS offices, plus additional travel at your discretion to support sales success
The base salary range for this position is $72.000 – $90.000 USD annually. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for commission based on targets, and other benefits.
