Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool that they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.

As a Designer & Webflow Developer at AMBOSS, you’ll shape how future doctors around the world first experience our platform. You’ll have ownership - designing and building high-impact marketing pages that are both beautiful and conversion-focused.
Your work will be one of the first things potential users and customers will experience while visiting AMBOSS website! You’ll work closely with our Head of Performance Marketing, Renata and collaborate with her cross-functional team that values creativity, experimentation, results.

You will:
Design and strategy
- Create mockups, components and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for web and mobile interfaces, following the design system, brand guidelines and UX best practices
- Suggest improvements to the website's look and feel to enhance the customer journey and streamline internal execution
- Stay current on the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies to inform future design decisions
Implementation and optimization
- Build responsive, engaging landing pages in Webflow that align with our brand identity and business goals
- Optimize existing Webflow setup and components to enhance user experience, accelerate landing page development, and ensure best-in-class CMS usage
Cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align designs with brand and product standards, while co-owning the A/B testing roadmap and experimentation pipeline to drive lead generation and conversion
- Suggest and analyze A/B CRO tests to improve website performance, optimize conversion rates, and enhance the customer journey
You bring:
- 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and web development.
- Hands-on experience building websites and landing pages in Webflow: strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Webflow and Figma (wireframes, final design assets, executed pages)
- Proficiency in Figma is required and front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) experience is a plus.
- Operational knowledge of Webflow and curiosity to learn more
- Understanding of responsive design principles, web accessibility standards, and SEO best practices.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
