Why can this position be exciting for you?
As the primary point of contact for our customers, you’ll build long-term partnerships, develop tailored solutions, and ensure contract renewals and the ongoing growth of our customer relationships. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success and New Sales teams, taking ownership of your accounts and driving renewals, up- and cross-sell activities.
You will:
- Strategically manage and grow a portfolio of hospital and clinic clients across the DACH region, building long-term partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels to foster advocacy and referrals.
- Collaborate with New Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Lead regular client meetings to review business status, product usage, and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead contract renewals, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives - including expanding into new product offerings such as nursing and continuous medical education courses.
- Develop and execute data-driven account plans, including stakeholder mapping and risk mitigation in collaboration with our Customer Success team.
- Track all your activities and keep your pipeline updated in our CRM system on a daily basis.
- Travel across the DACH region to engage with key customers regularly and visit key conferences/events.
- Support business expansion into new market segments (e.g. nursing) and contribute your insights to refine our sales strategies.
You bring:
- 4+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development. Experience in healthcare, medtech, or SaaS is a strong plus.
- A self-starter with a structured, data-driven approach and a passion for customer success.
- Excellent communication skills - comfortable engaging with everyone from the purchasing department to hospital leadership.
- Analytical mindset to translate customer data into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Google Workspace (e.g., Gmail, Spreadsheets, etc.).
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
