About AMBOSS

AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower medical professionals across the globe to provide the best possible care. Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.

  • Support our global team: Together with our People Operations team, you’ll provide administrative assistance to our international team across Berlin, Cologne, New York, Italy, and remote/home office locations

  • Be a first responder: Monitor our ticketing system (Zendesk) and support in prioritizing and resolving team members’ inquiries efficiently, with the guidance of the team

  • Prepare key People documents: Assist in preparing contracts, side letters, amendments, certificates, and reference letters

  • Maintain accurate employee data: Keep our HRIS system (BambooHR) up-to-date and organized

  • Support in orientation week: Help organize our AMBOSS Orientation Week and support in welcoming all new team members

  • Support in topics throughout the complete employee cycle: Such as on and offboarding, visa processes and processes related to parental and maternity leave

  • Benefit support: Help administer and communicate our attractive benefits offerings

You bring:

  • You are a registered student at a university and available to work 20 hours per week

  • You communicate with empathy – You're fluent in German and English, and your communication is clear, respectful, and warm

  • You are hands-on and solution-focused - You roll up your sleeves, take initiative, and enjoy getting things done with purpose and care

  • You are kind, approachable, and eager to learn – Supporting others comes naturally to you, and you're genuinely interested in growing in People Operations. You are very open to feedback and self-reflective

  • You thrive in dynamic environments – Fast-moving, evolving settings motivate you, and you adapt with ease

  • You handle details with care – You’re discreet, reliable, and treat sensitive information with professionalism
