Hi, we are AMBOSS, and we are looking for an Content Marketing Manager for US Clinicians to join us! This role is at the core of our strategy to grow our presence in the US and help more clinicians deliver better patient care. Your relevant, actionable content will directly impact both brand awareness and clinical practice.
In this role, you will report to the Marketing Principal, Supratim, and will drive the force behind how we connect with clinicians in the US. You’ll shape the way users discover AMBOSS, interact with clinical tools, and become engaged members of our community.
The campaigns and creative projects reach thousands of clinicians every week across social media, email, websites, and influencer partnerships. Your work will help clinicians solve real problems, stay up to date, and feel supported in a high-pressure profession.
This is an opportunity to build the AMBOSS voice in one of the world’s most important healthcare markets to experiment with new formats and channels, learn directly from our users, and see the impact in real time.

AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool that they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.
You will
Collaborate with marketing teams, along with physician experts to understand business objectives, set the vision, and develop and execute the content strategy for US Clinicians
Create compelling, high-performing content that resonates with our target audience across channels and mediums, including social media, paid ads, CRM, landing pages, and blog posts.
Help ensure consistency in messaging across multiple platforms
Support the team in identifying content opportunities and testing ideas to better engage our core audience
Assist in researching potential influencers and clinical opinion leaders to support brand visibility
Conduct basic research on relevant trends and gather data to support content performance analysis
You bring
Experience in copywriting and digital marketing, ideally in social media management, influencer marketing.
Excellent English language skills, written and spoken as well as engaging storytelling ability
Experience using AI tools, with practical knowledge of prompt creation and optimization
Understanding of content marketing best practices and experience growing online communities.
Project management experience to meet deadlines consistently
Empathetic, able to understand the perspective of our audience
You enjoy
Collaborating and working towards shared goals but also has the ability to work independently in a team environment
Taking ownership, identifying patterns, run projects
Writing, conveying a message and have an eye on new marketing trends
