Hi, we are AMBOSS, and we are looking for an experienced marketer to join us and drive our success in the International Market. As the B2C Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for various marketing activities to grow our market share and revenue. This critical role requires strong collaboration across teams, a strategic mind, and a hands-on attitude.

AMBOSS is a learning and clinical decision support tool striving to empower physicians across the globe to provide the best possible care. Our founders set out in 2011 to create a tool that they would have hoped to have as medical students and doctors. Since then we have grown to currently operate in 180 countries and have gained immense traction in Germany and the US. Currently, we are pursuing this mission with more than 500+ employees in our offices in Berlin, Cologne, New York, and Cagliari.

You will:
Develop a deep understanding of our audience, and product features and adequately convey your knowledge of the marketing strategy.
CRM campaign execution: Lead the planning, development & execution of data-driven campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging and other channels.
Write and adapt compelling copy for CRM campaigns, landing pages, and multichannel assets, ensuring alignment with tone, voice, and segment-specific positioning.
Own end-to-end project management: from planning to delivery, from evaluating performance results to documenting learnings and building best practices.
Monitor, optimize & report on marketing efforts and their impact on the market goals
You bring:
You have 2+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of stakeholder management, driving market share and revenue growth.
You are proficient in all online marketing channels (CRM, Paid Social, SEM, Social Media, SEO). Proficiency in Hubspot/other CRM tools is a plus.
You have strong copywriting skills and can craft compelling, audience-specific content across channels (e.g., email, landing pages, in-app messaging).
You are comfortable with developing and implementing marketing strategies (incl. positioning, value prop, and copy).
Fluency in English at a C1-level is required. Spanish knowledge is a strong plus.
You are equally comfortable being strategic and operational and driven to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
You are a highly reliable business partner, passionate about your work, and always on the hunt for solutions and improvements.
